Chris Angus brings extensive experience in national security, Cabinet processes, governance and information leadership to National Spy Museum Australia. Over a career spanning three decades in the Royal Australian Navy and the Australian Public Service, he held senior roles including Chief Information Officer at the Office of National Intelligence, Assistant Secretary in the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet, and Deputy National Security Chief Information Officer. His work has sat at the centre of federal government, intelligence coordination and national security governance.
As Company Secretary of National Spy Museum Australia, Mr Angus contributes deep institutional knowledge, governance discipline and practical leadership in corporate administration, information oversight and strategic coordination. His experience strengthens the Museum’s foundations as it develops into a serious national institution.
He has also helped operate an industrial property family business in Geelong.
