Rachel Noble PSM is one of Australia’s most accomplished leaders in national security, intelligence and cyber security. She served as Director-General of the Australian Signals Directorate from 2019 to 2024 and previously held senior leadership roles across the Australian Cyber Security Centre, Home Affairs, Defence, Prime Minister and Cabinet, and Customs and Border Protection. Her career has spanned intelligence operations, cyber policy, enterprise strategy, governance and public sector leadership at the highest levels.
Awarded the Public Service Medal, Ms Noble brings National Spy Museum Australia deep expertise, strategic insight and authoritative experience in the national security sphere. Her leadership strengthens the Museum’s connection to the institutions, history and contemporary practice of intelligence in Australia.
